Three minors charged with minor in consumption

Three teenagers were charged with minor in consumption after they were found intoxicated at a graduation party. Three adults that were also at the party were charged with serving alcohol to a minor.

The three juveniles were all under the age of 16. One of the teens had a blood alcohol content nearly double the legal limit after a Breathalyzer test was done.  Each of them were cited and then released to their parents.

The adults that were cited were not related to the high school students that were intoxicated at the party. The party was at a dance hall that was owned by an adult in attendance. There were two beer kegs and distilled liquor at the party.
