Austin police arrest 95 during Labor Day ‘No Refusal’ initiative

Police in Austin, Texas, announced that they arrested 95 people during Labor Day’s drunk driving crackdown. Ninety-four people were arrested for suspected DWI charges, and one was arrested for suspected DUI charges.

Over the weekend, police collected 33 breath samples and conducted blood draws from 61 people as part of the “No Refusal” weekend.
